When I photograph horses across Denmark, we work with what is already there. The light, the wind, the openness of the landscape and the way your horse responds to it.
There is no pressure to pose or perform. We take our time and allow everything to unfold in its own rhythm. Your horse is free to move, to react and to simply be.

Equine photography in Denmark offers a unique variety of natural environments. From the wide beaches of the west coast to quieter inland landscapes and open countryside, each place carries its own feeling.
Many sessions take place in areas such as Sønderjylland, where the landscapes feel especially open and grounded, as well as along the North Sea coast near Rømø, where wind, light and space create a very distinctive atmosphere.
Further across Denmark, there are countless quiet locations where nature feels present without being overwhelming. Open fields, soft coastal areas and calm natural surroundings allow both you and your horse to settle into the moment.
I am based in Tønder in the south of Denmark, and from here I offer equine photography sessions across the entire country. Each session is planned individually, depending on the location, the light and what feels right for you and your horse.
Whether we photograph close to your home or in a place you have chosen intentionally, the focus always remains the same. Creating space for connection, for calm and for images that reflect something real.
Sometimes it is not about capturing a moment, but about allowing yourself to truly be in it.
Standing beside your horse, feeling the quiet around you, noticing the smallest movements and the way everything feels softer for a while. These are the moments that often pass unnoticed, and yet they are the ones that stay.
